Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how customers can cancel an order or request a refund for any product or service purchased through the Platform.
Order Cancellation

Order cancellations will be accepted only if requested within 10 days of placing the order.

A cancellation request may not be accepted if:

The order has already been communicated to the seller/merchant listed on the Platform;

The seller has initiated the shipping process; or

The product is already out for delivery.
In such cases, you may refuse to accept the product at the time of delivery.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report the issue to our customer service team within 10 days of receiving the product.

The seller/merchant will inspect the complaint and verify the issue before approving replacement or refund.

If the product differs from what was displayed on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer support within 10 days of delivery.
After reviewing your complaint, the customer support team will take the appropriate action.
Products with Manufacturer Warranty
If your product comes with a manufacturer warranty, all issues related to the product must be directed to the manufacturer as per their warranty policy.
Refund Timelines (TAT)

Once a refund is approved by Vannitaay Technology Private Limited, it will be processed within 3–5 working days.

Refunds will be credited using the same payment method, and in case of UPI, the refund will be issued through UPI payment mode only.
Return Policy

Returns or exchanges are available within 30 days from the date of purchase.
After 30 days have passed, no return, exchange, or refund is applicable. -
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

The item must have its original packaging intact.

Items purchased during a sale/discount may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Only items that are defective or damaged are eligible for replacement under the exchange policy.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Products
Certain categories of products may not be eligible for return or refund.
Such items will be clearly identified on the product page at the time of purchase.
Return / Exchange Approval Process

After your returned item is received, it will undergo a quality inspection.

You will receive an email notification confirming the receipt of the returned item.

If approved, the return/exchange request will be processed as per our policy.
